1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of Fondpaw (fondpaw.com / shop.fondpaw.com) and your purchases. By ordering you agree to be bound by these Terms. We are an Australian business selling personalised custom-made products worldwide.

2. Made-to-order products

All Fondpaw products are made to order using the photo and details you provide. Slight variations between on-screen previews and the finished product can occur due to print production characteristics.

3. Ordering

You are responsible for the accuracy of your uploaded photo. Review everything before checkout — changes and cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of ordering by emailing support@fondpaw.com with your order number.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices in AUD unless stated otherwise. Full payment required at time of ordering. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Returns and refunds

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited by these Terms. Contact support@fondpaw.com for returns/refunds.

7. Photo licence

By uploading a photo you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and grant Fondpaw a limited licence to use it solely to fulfil your order.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. ACL guarantees cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

Laws of Australia. Consumers outside Australia may have additional local rights.
